Hi, welcome to the SS Tortuga. This is your captain Langly speaking.
If you have been hired aboard this ship, you have been hired for one thing, and one thing only - We are going to be rich as Croesus. We're not here to fight a revolution, we're not here to be cops. We're here to make some fucking money and get out.
As your captain, I will always split job rewards equally. You will be aware of how much money we made, how much we have, and how much you should be getting.
Currently, we have two crew members, and one pending. That's a four way split. As it stands now, with little knowledge on how the store system works, I am going to be withholding 10 percent of our mission rewards in order to upgrade the ship. I'm not sure if this is wildly low or wildly high, I don't know how much stuff costs.
Given that this is a phalla game, and that we can only conceivably work one job each day (if that), we need to be able to move around the map fast, which means fuel and a drive core upgrade. I don't know how much that will cost. I am aiming at completing a job today for some easy money, and getting to a ship store tomorrow. Once I see the costs associated, I'll be able to put us on a vector for tons o'dollars.
If you haven't played phalla with me before, you should know this: I have never met an alternate win condition that I didn't shoot for with every priority. If you are on this ship, I am going to be trying to win with you, you are my team mates now. I'll be tacitly playing the mafia game and trying to find mafia, but you should know that if you are mafia, I'm not going to hold it against you. I would prefer that someone on this ship was mafia so they can know that I'm looking to get my crew jettisoned with golden jetpacks as soon as possible.
Since we have moral crew on board, we'll be taking the highest paying good jobs that we can, as quickly as we can. If you have a problem with this strategy, just let me know and we can talk it out.
